CONGRESS VENUE AND DATE
The World Congress of Muslim Health Communities will be held from 28th to 30th November 2024 in Ankara at the Öz Sağlık İş Union Congress Center.
CONGRESS LANGUAGE
The official languages of the congress are Turkish and English. Simultaneous interpretation services will be provided in both languages during the congress.
SECRETARIAT SERVICES
Before, during, and after the congress, all your inquiries will be addressed by the WIHU and the Organization Secretariat.
INVITATION LETTER
Upon request, the Organization Secretariat will provide an “Invitation Letter” for institutions and a “Letter to Turkish Embassies” for participants needing a visa. These letters will be sent via email and are intended solely to help participants obtain permission from their institutions and visas.
CONGRESS MATERIALS
All participants will receive materials such as name badges, program booklets, notepads, pens, etc. Wearing the name badge is mandatory during all scientific and social programs throughout the congress.
