- Announcement as “Silver Sponsor” during the event and presentation of a thank-you plaque
General Sponsorship
The contribution of the sponsor will cover expenses such as the conference hall rental, technical services, and visual staging. The stand, satellite symposium, and all sponsorship revenue will be used to cover the travel, registration, and accommodation costs of the participants, as committed.
Satellite Symposium
- The sponsor’s logo will be placed next to the symposium time in the scientific program.
- Promotional materials may be displayed in the foyer area, at the entrance, and inside the hall during the symposium.
- The content, speaker, and product information must be submitted for approval by the scientific committee.
- Basic technical equipment will be provided for the satellite symposium.
- The duration of the satellite symposium is … minutes.
Note: VAT is not included in sponsorship fees.
Gala Dinner Sponsorship
The sponsoring company will provide the gala dinner service. In return, the sponsor will receive:
- Use of the gala dinner sponsor flag on tables during the congress
- Use of logo on the stage at the congress venue
- Use of logo on printed materials
- Use of logo on the stage during press conferences
- Display of the sponsor’s logo on screens in the foyer area throughout the congress
- Announcement as the “Gala Dinner Sponsor” during the event and presentation of a thank-you plaque
Badge and Lanyard Sponsorship
- A company may sponsor the badges and lanyards.
- The sponsor’s logo will appear on the badges and lanyards given to all participants at registration.
Bag Sponsorship
- Only one company may be the “Bag Sponsor.”
- The sponsor’s advertisement/logo will appear inside the bag flap.
- A total of … congress bags will be prepared.
- The congress bag design must be approved by the congress secretariat.
- The cost of the bags will be borne by the sponsor company.
Notepad and Pen Sponsorship
- Only one company may sponsor the notepad and pen.
- The sponsor’s advertisement/logo will appear on the notepad cover and pen alongside the congress logo.
- A total of … notepads and pens will be prepared.
- The design must be approved by the congress secretariat.
- The cost of the notepads and pens will be borne by the sponsor company.
Brochure Sponsorship
- Only one company may sponsor brochures inside the congress bag.
- The sponsor’s catalog, insert, or promotional materials will be placed inside the congress bags.

Stand Area
- Stand spaces of 3m x 2m = 6m² will be available at the entrance of the hall, in the foyer area.
